AL takes the ‘ask-your-neighbor’ approach for finding good, reliable service companies to a higher level by maintaining a database of over 1.25 million reports containing actual member experiences with more than 350,000 service providers.
	Bell Automotive Products, Inc. Bell Automotive Products, Inc. is located in Scottsdale, AZ and is a consumer products company specializing in niche automotive accessories sold through mass merchant and specialty automotive channels.
	Private Company This Private Company is a leading market share distributor of a complete line of branded and house brand products to the market it serves.
	Craftsmen Industries, Inc. Craftsmen Industries is the leading manufacturer of customized vehicles and outdoor displays for the event and promotion industry. Craftsmen also is a printer and installer of vehicle graphics.
	Destination Cinema Destination Cinema is a leading owner and operator of large format theaters at major tourist attractions in North America including the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, the Hearst Castle, and the Royal Museum in Victoria, BC.
	EZE Trucking, Inc. EZE Trucking, Inc. is a specialty logistics business focusing on the transport of over-dimensional and over-weight freight. EZE is headquartered in Rialto, CA and serves customers predominantly in the Southwestern United States.
	FCA, Inc. FCA, Inc. designs and manufactures highly customized, heavy-duty industrial packaging products for heavy machine manufacturers. FCA’s products include customized skids, crates and boxes manufactured from engineered wood.
	Fusion Fusion Specialties, Inc. is headquartered in Broomfield, CO and designs, manufactures and distributes mannequins, mannequin fittings and other retail store fixtures throughout the United States.
	Hill & Valley Hill & Valley is a leading producer of a broad line of high quality sugar free and no sugar added bakery products. Product lines include cakes, cookies, pies and muffins. Hill & Valley’s products are sold through grocery and mass merchant stores.
	Hi-Tech Manufacturing, LLC Hi-Tech is a manufacturer of low-volume, highly engineered component machined parts for the aerospace, automation, medical, scientific and hydraulic power industries. The components produced include a wide array of complex machined components & assemblies which include all types of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Hi-Tech incorporates CNC / manual-milling, turning, water jet cutting, fabricating, welding, assembling and painting in their manufacturing processes.

OTT-Lites is located in Tampa, FL and is a leading designer and marketer of branded, patented natural daylight products
	TCI, LLC (Trans-Coil) TCI develops and manufactures variable frequency drive (VFD) peripherals which enhance power supply performance by eliminating harmonic and other distortions resulting in reduced maintenance costs and equipment downtime, and lower overall energy costs.
	Vandor, LLC Vandor is a leading marketer of licensed gift and home décor products located in Salt Lake City, UT. Vandor operates within the gift, novelty and collectibles market and has a reputation for delivering high-quality products that are unique.
	VIA, Inc. VIA, Inc. is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of innovative, high-quality office seating including executive, conference, lounge and other seating products.
	Violet Packing Violet is a leading regional processor of fresh packed tomato products, including pizza and spaghetti sauces, crushed tomatoes and whole tomatoes.

	Fleetgistics Fleetgistics, formerly Ace Expediters, Inc. is a same-day dedicated route specialty logistics business headquartered in Orlando, FL that serves customers predominantly located on the east coast of the United States. Ace provides scheduled and emergency deliveries to customers in the aftermarket auto parts, long term care pharmacy and medical laboratory segments under long-term contracts.
	C.L. Bailey Company(Armand Billiards Group) C.L. Bailey Company (“Bailey”) is located in Marionville, MO and is a manufacturer and seller of pool tables and related accessories which was purchased by Armand Capital Group, LLC (“Armand”). Armand’s interest in Bailey resulted from its existing ownership of Saluc International Group, SA (“Saluc”), a Belgium based company that holds the dominant share of the billiard ball market worldwide.
	HK Systems, Inc. HK Systems provides integrated material handling systems solutions to large corporate customers including FedEx, Ford, IBM, Chicago Tribune and many others. Prism’s investment partially financed a recapitalization of the company.
	Metal Spinners, Inc. Metal Spinners, Inc. is one of the largest independent metal spinners in the U.S. The company serves original equipment manufacturers across a broad range of industries including HVAC, air handling, medical, food, energy and leisure.
