Our
team is comprised of individuals with a unique blend of private
equity and hands-on operating experience. The result is a group
that works closely and cooperatively with both entrepreneurs and
operators to create winning companies. Our principals collectively
have over 50 years of information technology operating experience
and have taken many companies public in key management roles. The
positions they hold within the technology community play a key role
in our understanding the needs of and challenges faced by expansion
stage companies. Additionally, our team is very experienced in the art of a
management buyout, generating significant returns for investors in the process.
We also work alongside existing management teams to quickly and
efficiently evaluate and close middle-market buyouts in the healthcare, software as service
specialty manufacturing and business services industries.
