| Mr. Fetzer is currently an advisory director
of Goldman Sachs Group LP where he has worked for over 20
years. He serves as a director of Learning Insights, Inc.,
Medcor, Inc., Serologicals, Inc., Sphere Communications Inc.
and Northern Star Broadcasting. He also serves as Chairman
of the University of Wisconsin Foundation, Director of the
executive committee of Rush Presbyterian Saint Luke’s
Medical Center and President of Northwestern University's
Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board. He received his BS degree
from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Northwestern
University. |

| Mr. Kracum is a Partner of Wind Point Partners
where he has made equity investments since 1985. Mr. Kracum
has invested on behalf of four funds while at Wind Point Partners.
Before joining Wind Point Partners, Mr. Kracum was with the
strategic consulting practice of Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Mr. Kracum also served as the Chairman of the discount retailer
Prange Way from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Kracum currently serves
on the Board of Directors of America’s PowerSports,
Benchmark Medical, Pacific Cycles, Twitchell Corporation,
Unified Services and Bushnell Performance Optics. He received
his BA from Carleton College and holds both an MS in Chemistry
and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |

and supplier such that profits and market share growth were accelerated beyond the market
average. Significant logistics experience was a necessary strength to build bottom line
profits for Sara Lee. Ms. Dally has served for 12 years on the Board of American Woodmark
Corporation, a manufacturer and seller of kitchen cabinets and vanities, and is the past
chair of the Compensation Committee and is the current chair of the Governance Committee. |

of Talon Automated Equipment Company based in Detroit, Michigan. His last Executive position was as
President and CEO, Underwriters Laboratories, the world's largest Public Safety Testing and
Certification Organization. He has managed businesses located in 26 countries and put together and
managed 11 International Joint Ventures. |

growing venture capital funded software companies including ScriptLogic Corporation, Fieldglass
Inc, and Informance International. He is currently a partner at Openview Venture Partners. |

Sardas also spent 34 years at Goodyear, where he held positions
including President of the company's North American operations
and President of International Operations, before he retired
in 1991 as President of Goodyear’s Worldwide Tire Business. |
